The first sketch I completed consisted of me drawing what I thought would make a good horror film poster, sketching down any ideas I had previous to the research I carried out. I thought that this would help me to incorporate any original ideas I had, rather than becoming too influenced by the research I would carry out.
I liked the idea of the masked men being hidden behind trees, showing how the protagonist is oblivious and unaware of their whereabouts, therefore creating her vulnerability.
I also came up with the tag line for the film;
'Will You Go Down To The Woods Today?'
I felt that the rhetorical question engaged the audience and also fits into the film as I will be using this song somewhere in my film.
